Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

Jackie Shumpert offers faith-based grief support sessions designed to provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance. These sessions are based on personal experience and are intended to help individuals navigate their grief journey through compassionate listening, shared experiences, and spiritual encouragement.

2. Confidentiality Agreement

All personal information and discussions shared during grief coaching sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Your details will not be shared, disclosed, or sold to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
- If required by law or court order.
- If Jackie reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or others.
Session recordings or transcripts (if applicable) will not be made without your prior consent.

3. Session Details

Format: Sessions may be conducted via video call, phone, or in-person (if applicable).
Duration: Each session typically lasts [insert time, e.g., 60 minutes].
Confidentiality: All sessions are treated with strict confidentiality, and personal information shared during the sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No-shows: If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited without a refund.

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Grief coaching is a personal and emotional process, and results will vary for each individual. Jackie does not guarantee specific outcomes or resolutions. The sessions are intended to offer support, encouragement, and practical steps, but the effectiveness of the support depends on each person’s unique journey.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing grief support sessions.
Any data shared during the session (e.g., personal experiences) will not be shared or sold to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that Jackie Shumpert is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of the coaching. You agree that Jackie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the support sessions.

8. Agreement

By booking a 1:1 grief coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
